Scheduling & Service
You can book online through our scheduling page or call us directly at (602) 894-9472. We're available Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 9am–6pm.
Yes, same-day appointments are available for many repairs, subject to technician availability and the nature of the issue.
Most standard repairs are completed in a single visit. If a part needs to be specially ordered, we'll let you know upfront and schedule a follow-up visit as soon as it arrives.
We can often narrow down the likely issue over the phone based on the symptoms you describe, but an accurate diagnosis typically requires an in-person inspection. You can also request a free callback from a technician to talk through your issue before booking.
Stop using the appliance if you notice unusual smells, sounds, leaks, or sparking, and contact us to schedule a diagnostic visit. For most other issues, it's safe to leave the appliance as-is until a technician arrives.
We serve the Greater Phoenix area, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, Peoria, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Queen Creek, Sun City, Tempe, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Tolleson, and San Tan Valley.

Viking Appliance Repair
Yes. Our academy-trained technicians specialize in the full Viking lineup — refrigerators, freezers, ranges, cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, ice machines, and wine coolers — for both built-in and freestanding models, including side-by-side and French door refrigerators.
Common issues include a refrigerator not cooling (often dirty condenser coils, a faulty temperature sensor, control board failure, or compressor problems), frost or ice buildup from a failing defrost system or worn door seal, water leaks from a clogged drain line or damaged water valve, unusual buzzing or rattling noises from a worn fan motor or failing compressor, an ice maker that won't make or dispense ice, and a fridge that runs constantly due to dirty coils, low refrigerant, or a stuck control board relay.
Yes, we use OEM-approved replacement parts on every Viking repair so the work meets factory-level standards.
Pricing depends on the issue and whether parts need replacing. We charge a flat diagnostic fee that's applied toward the total if you approve the repair. Most Viking refrigerator repairs run $250–$600, though complex jobs — especially sealed system or control board issues — can exceed $1,000.
We offer same-day and next-day availability across Greater Phoenix, seven days a week.
Yes, every Viking repair is backed by a warranty on parts and labor, ranging from 3 to 12 months depending on the service performed.
